I have a remote use who complains that some of their e-mails don't print properly. Some of them don't print all the text, and sometimes it doesn't print the header with the name (well it's the name of the identity actually). Any ideas why this is at all? The user would probably receive e-mails with different encodings, could this be part of the problem?

please, anybody any ideas on this at all?

I have seen this problem in past with the full version of Outlook, not outlook express. What you want to try checking is print options. In Outlook there is option to print drawn objects. You need to check that to have it print things like logos and some types of text.

As I don't use Outlook express much anymore and it will depend on your printer check the file print options. See if you can find something in the settings for what outlook prints.

Hope this helps
