Outlook Express: Changing Default Location for Saving Attachments 1

That is the problem I am having. Normally it would automatically save to the last folder I used. Now, it reverts back to My Documents everytime. Also, the save window reverts to thumbnail view no matter how many times I reset it. Any ideas?
