Outlook Express: Can't access any received/sent attachments?

The "Save Attachments" option cannot be selected.

What's weird is that I double click on the email, and highlighted in yellow above the "From" field is text stating:

OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments in your mail: paper.doc

This message is displayed on both message in my Inbox and Sent. Anybody have any ideas on how I can access the attachments?

Ok I figured it out. If there's a check box in the security section of options that must be unclicked.
