OutLook Express attachment

Hi:

My outlook express is not enabling the attachment (although its showing them). I mean I am not able to save them nor to I can open them. I am using Win2k professional outlook express.

How i can enable attachments?

Open OE, goto tools/options/security and deselect "do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus."

Thanks its works.
But another question. My win2k pro's windows installer has been corrupt. Now it is not allowing me to install or uninstall any thing. Every time giving me the message that your windows installer having probelms please contact ur support.

Any idea how to correct this problem?
