Outlook Express Address Book recovery from dead HD

Hello all!
I have a laptop HD that needs to have the OS reloaded but I'd like to recover the email addresses stored in OE. I have no way (as far as I know) to pull up OE on the drive; so is there a way to copy the address book without doing an export?

You need to get to this location, C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAMES\Application Data\Microsoft\Address Book, how is the hard drive, is that still OK?

There are things here you can look at, such as Parallel installs or BartPE.

Drive is not physically damaged, but it's an old install so a reload won't hurt.
