Users receive e-mail to their inbox in OE 6. Some of them have created personal folders under the inbox, and moved mail there.
They logoff at the end of the day, come in the next day and log back on......all their mail is gone, and so are the personal folders that some people created.
I saw that a setting needed to be changed regarding VIEWs, current views or something, whatever I read on the Microsoft knowledge base. I checked those settings and they are correct, so it's not that.
Also, we use web-based IMail service as our mail domain server, and the mail gets downloaded locally when they use OE 6. I have them using a browser to check their mail now as a work-around, but I'd like to get them using the OE again.
Any suggestions?
