Outlook/Exchange 2003 Forms..?

Hi all,

I'd like to begin using Outlook/Exchange 2003 forms in my company.

Google has shown me gobs of "beginner sites", but I have more complex ideas.

Can any of you point me to a good in-depth web site about creating Outlook/Exchange 2003 forms, setting up security, visibility, rights, VBA...all the fun stuff one might expect in a MSO product..??

I've even thought of looking for a book. On paper. <gasp> =-)

Before you go that route, think of the upgrade path. Forms are mostly deprecated in newer versions, in favor of InfoPath forms and SharePoint.

With our budget, that's not gonna happen. I don't see us getting money for upgrades any time in the next year or two.
