I am having a weird problem and so far it only seems to happen for one user. When she logged on this morning, she could not run Excel. It would hang for a few minuutes, then just go back to the desktop. I had her log onto a different server. Excel oponed, but then when she tried to open Excel attachments from Outlook, it would hang, then bring up a message:

"An error occurred in sending the command to the application".

I tried to open Excel and Ecxel attachments from each server and I had no issues. Does it sound like a corrupt profile?

Thanks.

Hmmmmm, download filemon and regmon from and run them on the server while user tries to do stuff. If you need a hand understanding the carp that comes out give me a shout.

Sounds to me that permissions needs to be given to the published excel as well for this user on the Citrix Server, if you have already done so, then permisions else where unknown to me at this time is necessary...

Sometimes, you just have to forget your head and grab your balls ...!
