Outlook distribution list 1

Hi,

A user here is trying to create a distribution list within someone else's contact list but is having trouble doing so. She has read/write rights to this other person's contact list and has it open in her own outlook. When she goes to create the list and add members, it seems to point to her own contact list as opposed to the person she is trying to create it for. Is there a way for her to choose a different contact list when adding? Any help would be appreciated.

On the "Select Members" dialog, the first list box at the top is "Show Names From The:
 
Hi, thanks for the reply. Yes, I saw that but the drop down list points to her contacts only. She is an assistant so she has a few people's inboxes and contact folders in her Outlook. She is trying to create the distribution list within her boss's contact list, but she can only add from her contacts. Is there a way to choose another contact list?
 
Right click on the contact folders that she has access to. Select properties, and check the "Show as address book" option.
