I have customized a form and Published form to personal form Library. How to associate that form with a Folder?
Could any one help me on this

Use Forms Administrator under the Tools menu in Exchange Admin.

Regards

Lars
There are several options depending onwhat you are trying to accomplish. If it is a "personal" form, and only you will need it, right click on the folder, go to properties/forms/manage forms and install it as a personal form.

If you need it as an org wide form, in the same area, you can publish it to the Organizational Forms Library, and from there, you can install it on individual users machines through a variety of ways. The "big" problem is permissions. By default, users do not have the rights to publish to the Org Forms Lib. You have to give yourself/the user rights to publish a form there first.

Good luck.
