Outlook - Custom Actions

Can anyone point me in the right direction for creating custom actions for the rules wizard in Outlook? I've looked around the MS site and gone incircles. I think it involves creating a .dll in the exchange SDK but I need to know more and where to get this SDK.

Any advice would be appreciated!

Thats fantastic. I dont have to worry about writing it myself now either! They had the exact rule I was thinking of.
