Outlook Contact File As Order

All my contacts have been sorted by File As which is fine - but all my contacts have been sorted as Last Name, First name within the File As Field and they should be filed in Company order. How do I change this for all my contacts?

not sure version of outlook that you are running but in outlook 2002 all you need to do is:
while in the contacts folder, right click any white space and click on sort. in the "sort items by" drop down box select company and press ok

The same goes for Outlook 2K.
