I was wondering if anyone could help with an Outlook macro to automatically save emails as text files, (which I have used a rule on to move to a specific folder).
Thanks for any help or a point in the right direction.
I've noticed that a lot of Outlook macro/vba questions sometimes don't get answered on the forum. But fear not! Hope ain't lost.
Do a search for the subject:
"Automate Outlook 2K "save as..." functionality with VBA"
This question was posted on or about 10/28/02 by msc0tt and was responded to by GoodOmens. It's not exactly what you want, but I figure you can manipulate it to do what you're asking - if you know vba You can also do an Advanced keyword Search for "outlook vba" or "outlook macro" or "using macros with outlook". All of these will get you a good many number of results.
As a last resort, contact GoodOmens as he seems pretty knowledgeable with vba and outlook. Sorry I can't be of no futher help as I use Outlook Express and I'm still a newbie with vba. Peace!
