I am running Outlook 2000 which is not refreshing so that once mail is in the mailbox it does not take it to the personal folder direct. Can someone give me a solution for this.
What do you mean? Is the mail ending up in the Inbox? Or do you have a rule set up to move it to a particular folder? Is this just for your email or is it organization wide? Or just some users?
this depends on your Outlook version, you need to go to the "delivery options" and select mail to be delivered directly to your Personal Folder. This can be cound normally in the Outlook Profile>Delivery Options
