Outlook Client cannot add public folder to Outlook Bar as short

Hi,

Outlook Client cannot add public folder to shortcut (using Exchange Server 5.5), anyone know how to solve it?

It give some error like the public folder is down or not replicate...

this public folder is create locally and i have owner access. i can't add as favoutite..

the folder that i want to add is create on the local exchange server and i have owner permission to the this public folder.

i can't add the folder to the shortcut.

attach below is the image of the error. i try to add the RA folder(local) to the shortcut, i can't.
