Outlook Calendar

Hi All,

I have a problem with Outlook calendars. The problem is that when a user try to schedule meetings with a Meeting Room it is showing ///// (No Information) from April 6th onwards for several months and she is unable to check if this room is available or been booked for any of this period.

This seems to be a problem with all our resource accounts after 01/01/2008. Is there a setting that sets the time viewable on a calendar?

look at 'tools->options->calendar options' and then click the 'free/busy options' button to review the settings.

Thank you for your reply but I had to run "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office11\Outlook.exe " /cleanfreebusy and "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office11\Outlook.exe " /cleanschedplus to restore the view.
