I'm using Outlook 2000. When in my Calendar, in the Day view, I have the day, broken into hourly slots, top right of the screen, this month and the next month and underneath that my Tasks. Pretty standard view. If I print this off, I get all of that, but I also get an additional box, labelled Notes. This Notes field is not related to any of the appts on the Calendar, nor any of my notes in Notes.

Can anyone tell me what it is for then?

Thanks in advance.

Alex

you are probably getting the Task Pad.

Sorry, should have put this in the original message - the Notes field doesn't appear to be related to any of the Tasks, either.

click on Page Setup and unclick the Notes selection if you do not want it to print.

BTW, Notes are just what they say they are, Notes.
They are an integral part of Outlook.
Click View - Folder List and you will see a Notes Folder

Actually this particular notes is just a space for you to write in once the page is printed. You can have it lined if you want it, blank, or not there at all.

Thanks for your help guys - michbar, I would say you have it spot on there. Thanks again.

alex, it would be polite to mark michbars post as being helpful, and
thank' him for it, that is what it is there for, so other users can easily see it is a good post.
