After upgrading to a new machine with WinXp and Outlook 2000, the calendar items are all displaying an hour earlier than they should. When creating a new calendar item, it works fine, but everything that was already in the calendar is not displaying on the calendar one hour earlier than it should. Reoccuring tasks that state 3:00pm for example are now displaying on the 2:00 line of the calendar. This might of happened due to a hot-sync error, but I am not sure. Is there anyone who has had a similar problem, or know of an easy fix.

TIA

Have you checked the time zone setting under the calendar options?

Yes, it is set on EST and the clock is set to the correct time.

And daylight savings time option? Is that being used?

That's it! The daylight savings time checkbox was unchecked. After checking it, the calendar returned to normal.

Thanks

I was having this problem and the daylight savings time checkbox was checked. I had to uncheck it to get people working aok.
