Outlook attachments show up in body

Hello All,

On some users's computers here, attachment files show up in the body of the message in outlook versus showing up in a filed called 'Attach' after the subject field. Can someone point me in the right direction on how ti fix this.

Message format plain text or HTML, attachments in their own field.

Rich text, attachments in the body.

Thanks. On this users machine, i dont see HTML as an option, i only see plain text and rich text, do you know why that would be?

You're looking in the new mail window. If you change to plain text, then the option for HTML will appear. Changing this setting in the new mail window will only apply to that 1 message. To change the default, look at Tools, Options, Mail Format tab....

By the way, for the sake of clarity, it's the sender that needs to change this setting, not the recipient.
