Outlook Attachment

hi,

i have outlook 2k with exchange 2k. some of my users cannot send attachments within our internal email. i checked for viruses but none were found. their settings are the same as everyone else. i even have one user who cannot email another user at all. yet they can email everyone else and even can get email from the user they can't email. this just occurred all of a sudden. like i said all network and email settings are ok. thanks for any help.

You stated that one user can't email another user at all. What happens when (s)he attempts to email them? Do they get a NDR or any other notifications back?

this is usually caused by an outlook rule moving the emails. Check that first using search in outlook on their PC.
