Outlook Attachment -> Outlook Express Missing Attachment?

Hi guys,

Would need some advise esp from pple who are familiar with mixed Outlook 2003 & OE clients in their environment.

I'm encountering random & persistent missing attachments sent out from Outlook 2003 clients and Outlook Express users are not receiving the attachment, but just the usual mail.

However, my check with other outlook users in the list, they could receive the attachment

Any advise on this ? Is there some settings that must be done on either of the clients to eradicate this problem we are facing ?

It sounds like the Outlook Express users have their attachment security turned on.

From memory, have them go to tools ->options and then on the security tab uncheck the box next to "do not allow attachments to be saved or opened...

hi thanks,

it's not that reason. Cos they could open other attachments that were sent out. Only mails that were delivered from Outlook seems to be disappearing from the Outlook client.
