Outlook appointments going to the wrong people

A number of our users are complaining that they recieve appointment/meeting requests that have been addressed to other people

I quote "Each time someone sets up a meeting, I get asked to respond on behalf of other people for meetings and sometimes if I don't respond, the appointment doesn't get put in (and to be quite frank it's getting on my nerves)."

Any ideas on where to start ? The problem only happens with meetings, normal emails cause no problems whatsoever.
 
Check the "Send on Behalf" permision settings for each user on Exchange server.

We have the same problem at our office, it only seems to happen when someone has got there out of office on.

People that dont recieve any forwarded emails from someones out of office still seem to get the meeting invites and requests though. So we cant find the problem or solve it.

I would also be very gratefull if someone could help.
