Outlook appointment crashing

Hi,

We are having problems with scheduling in one particular user in an appointment. We are currently on Outlook 2003 SP1 and Exchange 2003 SP2.

We open a new appointment window. Click the scheduling tab and then the add button. We select the user, click OK, the user appears in the appointment and then it crashes, causing Outlook to restart. Its only happening with this one user and everyone gets this issue regardless of where they are located or which Exchange Server.

I have tried:

- The clean busy switch
- raising the amount of months to publish

Any further ideas?

I think I would check the calendar of this person to make sure it's not corrupt.
