These two problems have stumped me and cant see what is wrong
1/. Word - I have a user that keeps getting the gathering required information installation bar each time he tries to access Word. I have checked thgat his installation is a full install and have even resorted to reinstalling. It is Service Release 1 though I am wondering about Service packing it.
2/. Outlook - The same user has problems when in Outlook. The first time he goes in all the old reminders come up each time. I have checked that he has dismissed them correctly and he has !
Does anyone have any ideas of these!
