Good morning,
I have a client that is using Outlook as her email program (Outlook 2003). When she receives an email with a PDF attachment, she cannot open it directly from Outlook...it appears as if Word is trying to be the default program and it asks for Encoding type.
If, however, she saves the PDF attachment to her desktop and then double clicks that, the PDF file opens normally with Adobe.
I'm sure it is some very simple setting, but it's baffling me right now.
Thanks!
John
