Outlook and OWA

I have a user who view other peoples calendars if she is logged into webmail but in Outlook It says "Unable to display the folder. The Calendar folder could not be found."

If the Calendar was recently shared, the viewer may have to close completely out of Outlook and reopen it before the newly shared calendar can be viewed.

More information... version of Outlook? Any other strange things happening in Outlook?

The version of Outlook is 2003. Everyone else can view the Calendar. That is the only strange thing that I know of.
