I have a user using Outlook 2000 and the first time she goes to send a message Outlook pops a warning message that a program is accessing her address book and is this OK. Reguardless of what she answers, the blank message pops up like normal and she isn't asked again until the next time she closes and opens Outlook.

Is there a way to shut this message off? I don't have any other users out there with this problem.

Thanks,
--Brad

i would look down the plug-ins/add-ins route- its most likely some sort of sync software, or similar - added on to outlook thats generating the message. the actual message is a result of ms/office security updates.

quick fix: there is a program called "click yes" that will automatically dismiss the message. i dont believe theres a way to force it off, thus the reason click yes was invented.
(you might also google for alternate download sites)

Thanks for the reply and advice. I ran by that program a few times searching for an answer but wasn't sure how well it worked. I'll try looking around to see if there is something Outlook doesn't like.

Thanks again,
Brad
