I have a Windows NT 4.0 SP5 environment running Outlook 98. Some users are getting "The Operation Failed" error when they open Outlook; they click on the OK button, it lets them in and everything seems to be working correctly.
Has anyone seen that message before and knows why they're getting it and how to get rid of it. I tried to delete the personal profile of the user logged on, but the message comes back.
