One of our users has a strange problem - his Outlook 98 is not sending out read receipts.
He has the standard setup, all the relevant options are ticked. Delivery receips are sent out as usual, but no read receipts.
I have checked his mailbox for rules (none), have reinstalled Outlook and even unregistered and re-registered the application (/unregserver, /regserver). Nothing has helped so far.
Any idea what might be causing this? The MSKB has been of no help - any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
