I have a number of remote users who connect to NT 4.0 terminal server running Citrix Metaframe. They are in domain A. Our Exchange 5.5 server w/Win2k Server is in domain B. Trusts are established and verified. Previously remote users would launch Outlook from terminal server to retrive email. This has been working for a couple of months.
Suddenly when they launch Outlook and provide their login credentials (user name, domain, password), they rec've a message about invalid credentials. They can connect to domain B in every other way. Exchange, however, does not recognize their user id/password combination.
All other users who login into and authenticate to domain B are unaffected. I've checked NIC's, cabling and the switch. All's well. They can browse to domain B and even open files. They just cannot authenticate to Exchange.
Any ideas?
