Emails I receive from Ali-Express do not display graphics or images and links aren't active (no response to click). See attachment.
Emails I receive from any other senders display correctly.
Outlook settings are to download images automatically and for all other senders it does.
If I view an Ali-Express email in webmail, it displays correctly and links works. See attachment.
Ali-Express are no help (go figure).
I have searched the MS Outlook forum to no avail.
One suggestion is that Ali-Express could be using sharepoint and that is causing the problem ??
I can spend a minute or so working around the problem for each email, but at a smidgeon off 80 years young, and not knowing how many more minutes I have looking down at the grass, every minute is precious.

P.S. It isn't the product links that are important, it's the links to order status and parcel tracking etc that are.
