outlook 2016-hyperlink error

Whenever I click on a hyperlink in a email I get something unexpected went wrong with this URL No Such interface supported.
Anyone see this before? I ran malwarebytes and ccleaner and still have the issue.

sorry Windows 10 Home.. Any browser.
This is within Outlook 2016 When I click on any link in the email that is what I get.
