Outlook 2013 cannot open Calendar attachments. When sharing Calendars an individual cannot open an inserted Outlook item like a contact. Also attached items like a PDF file cannot be opened. The error message is:
Outlook cannot open the document: user does not have access privileges
A couple of weeks ago all worked fine. They have Exchange 2013 on a Windows 2012 r2 Server. This is affecting all 8 users on the small network. I've Tested giving them all kinds of rights, no change.
Exchange Service pack 1 had been installed after the issue, and since uninstalled.
They can all view shared Calendars, just can't open the attachments on them. They can't even open Calendar Attachments they create on their own calendar.
I gave one of the accounts Administrator access on the domain, no difference.
Not sure where to go from here.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks so much!
Jim
