I have a user with Outlook 2010 who when the run in cache mode they can not receive any new mail without exiting out of Outlook and coming back in. I have tried to delete the ost file and then have it recreated when the user logged back in but it still does not resolve the issue. Right now I have disabled cached mode as a workaround but I need to get this fixed. Any suggestions on what could be causing this? Also, this is a 32-bit Windows 7 machine.
