Wondering if there is a way to block noreply@Tmall.com . Getting hundreds of junk emails from the domain. Tried blocking the user, the domain etc in Outlook, but it does not work...any ideas, thanks

Depends on what you have on your mail server and what access you have.

I have full access, just went in, found parameter for blocking which I did not notice before, I added blocking for the domain and the user..now to see if it works. Never had an issue blocking a domain in Outlook before.

If that still does not work for you, I found this blog post from a user with the similar problem, hope your able to solve your problem! :)

"I have performed these steps but it doesn’t work for me. Why isn’t Outlook blocking the messages?"

"Open the “Junk E-mail Options” screen and check under the “Safe Senders” tab to ensure the email address isn’t listed there. If an email address you wish to block is listed in your Contacts, uncheck the “Also trust e-mail from my Contacts” box on this screen."

Thanks guys, I was able to block the spam from Tmall.com via the web mail server's interface, from Chris's lead. I was using Outlook 2007 up until a month ago, never had an issue blocking either a user or domain with that version of Outlook. When I get a chance I will uninstall/reinstall Outlook, and see if that makes a difference.

Telecomgirl08, tried everything in the link, did not work, but changes at the mail server work, so I am OK.

Thanks again
