Okay, I don't remember seeing this in Outlook 2003 or at least under Windows XP Pro. Here's the problem. When I do a search in my Inbox or any folder, I always get this message right underneath the search drop down box.
"Search results may be incomplete beause items are still being indexed. Click here for more details."
So when I double click to open I got this:
"Outlook is currently indexing your items.
Search results may be incomplete because items are still being indexed.
47173 items remaining accross all open mailboxes."
I'm now using Outlook 2007 with Windows Vista. So how do I resolve this problem. I don't want to wait hours and hours everytime I want to search.
