Have any of you encountered a problem when creating a meeting workspace at the same time as you create the actual appointment? If I create the appointment before I create the workspace everything works as it should…
This is how I do it when Outlook gives me an error message and restarts.
1. I choose to create a new appointment.
2. I get the name for the people attending the meeting from the GAL.
3. I press the "create meeting workspace" button.
4. Next, I hit the final create meeting workspace button.
- Outlook then closes giving me an error message and restarts outlook.
When I check the site for workspaces on the portal I found that the workspace I specified was created. However, the appointment was not created.
Any ideas?
