Outlook 2007 and voting buttons issue

I can't seem to get voting to work in outlook 2007, also using dynamics CRM, not sure if that is throwing a problem. Problem is that we can send out messages with voting buttons, people reply and it has the bar with the response and the option to click to view voting responses, nothing happens when view voting responses is clicked, and the original message in the sent item doesnt change to have the tracking box/icon.. I tried to respond to 1 from within my sent items that I had sent to 1 of my other accounts and it changed to have the tracking icon and i was able to show tracking responses by clicking on that email.. but I can't seem to get it to work with responses from other people using outlook.. we are not using exchange server, but I voting did work as intended pre-outlook 2007.. any ideas or solutions? (Besides downgrading to an earlier outlook version, this isn't an option)


THanks for any help.... I have googled and searched with everything I can think of but have seen nothing that pertains to this problem non-exchange..
