We just set up a new PC running XP and Outlook 2007... We set up their Exchange account in Outlook, but ALL incoming email is going to Outlook's spam folder... even one the user sends to himself. When I look at the header of these emails, it's empty.

Am I missing something obvious here? This user had been a user on this Exchange 2000 server before getting this new machine.

Also, I'm not receiving any emails he sends me...

It sounds like the issue is with Outlook 2007, not with Exchange.

Try using OWA and see what happens with this.

You could try configuring Outlook Express on that machine and see what you get with this?

Let me know how you get on.

Thanks.

Our email in inbox disappears if you open it more than once. We cannot find it anywhere. The safest place to put the mail is in the deleted folder. We do have the spam rules turned on.

We are not running email over our network--we are still using Cox (braodband) servers to handle the email.

If anyone has had similar experiences, please advise.

Thanks, Pete
