Im using Outlook 2003. How do I set Outlook up to ask for my email address and password as soon as I log on? Right now it asks only when I click send/receive.

outlook/ tools/options/ Mail setup tab in the send/receive area.. make sure the check box is checked.. and hit the button for more options.
