I have to issue I need help with.

1. One of my users updated her signature for send and reply
but when she replies to a message that was previously sent, her signature appears with old information not the one that comes up for new messages.

2. When user prints an e-mail she gets her left and right margins cut off I can't remember how to fix that issue.

Please HELP.

Thanks for any formation.

Sincerely,

Michael Raber

Hi,
Re: signature
Can your user go into Tools/Options and on the tab for signatures, make sure the correct signature that you want for replies is selected?
Re: margins

She got correct signature selected for both reply and new messages it happens only if she replys to a message with a previous signiture in it.

Is their a way that user can keep Fonts in her signiture when she replys to a message ?

siganture: you can try to create a new MAPI profile under control panel->mail. test run outlook with the new profile to see if behavior reoccurs, if not, make testprofile default.

borders: one quirky way to get around this would be to set orientation to landscape vs. portrait.

if the emails are composed in rtf as opposed to html this might not occur.

Thanks guys for your help.

Sincerely,

Michael Raber
