Outlook 2003 To Field blank in Sent Items

Clients on Outlook 2003 SP1, Exchange 5.5 server SP4. Sometimes, one of my users replies to an internal email and when the user looks for the email in Sent Items, it comes up with a blank To: field. 99/100 of her emails to me are fine, but once in a while I get one with no To. Always using same machine and not OWA. Have run detect and repair and uninstalled and reinstalled.

Anyone else have an experience with this?

Nothing there. We don't use IMAP and the article was about Office XP which does not cause us problems. I am opening this with MSPSS and will post results if I get any.
 
Any resolution for this yet? I'm having the same issue and there's no rhyme or reason to it. For example, someone will send an email to four people and only one will show up in the To field. Everyone gets the email okay, but the To field is all screwed up.
