Outlook 2003 Spell Check Language

I have just started using Outlook 2003 and I cannot get it to spell check messages with English(UK). I have set Tools-Options-Spelling to English(UK) but when I spell check messages before sending it uses English(US).
How do I get this to change permanently?

Must go and change the language to English (UK)
in tools

In word you can atleast change the tools -> Language to english (us) and it automatically updates the spelling dictionary.

Thanks for the 2 replies but I have done both of these.
1. I have set the language in Outlook Tools-Option-Spelling to English(UK)
2. I have set the language in Word Tools-Language to English (UK)

But when I spell check in Outlook 2003 it insists on using English(US)

Why??
