Using Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 (11.8169.8172) SP3

User has a signature that looks like this:

First Name Last Name
Job Title
Phone Extension

When she sends a regular email, everything works fine, but when she replies to an email it looks like this:

First Name Last Name

Job Title

Phone Extension

We've tried recreating the signatures, setting the signature in mail format, and it seems to be most apparent when she's replying to an email which was sent using stationary of any sort.

This appears to me to be an HTML or Style issue, but how do we fix it? It's quite annoying!!!

Thanks,
-IQ

Try using a soft return (Shift + Return) in the sig for a new line instead the regular Return, which is effectively an end of paragraph marker.

Somewhere along the line a Style is butting in.
