Outlook 2003 has 3 email sending formats; plain text, RTF (which I avoid), and HTML. They used to work fine, but now when I send HTML formatted emails with links or copy/pasted material from a webpage, no-one (including myself when I tested it) is receiving the mail in a properly formatted style. All the pictures are removed and attached and any links are added in "<..>" style after the hyperlink text. Even the sent copy is filed this way so it's definitely not on the receiving end. All options in Outlook are set to html with user defined encoding on a hotmail account. I've flicked every switch on Outlook and even re-installed, but no joy... I'm going spare - as an IT dude it's not encouraging to my clients to have them receiving junk from me.
