Tippers,
Outlook 2003 on Vista. Just moved over an installation with three accounts. Same installation works on the original computer--this is my travel machine and I am sitting in Europe with no Send/Receive!
All account settings tested out ok and are correctly configured.
What happens when I hit Send/Receive? Pretty much nothing. So I want to see what's going on with Send/Receive settings.
I hit CTRL-ALT-S to "define Send/Receive Groups." Again, nothing happens.
I am not that familiar with Vista, but I navigate to the folder:
C:\Users\nyny\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook
My thought is to delete the .srs file and force OL to create a new one. I see no .srs anywhere on the machine.
Reinstalling OL is certainly something to consider, but I don't travel with an Office CD...do you? I'd like to see if there is anything I can do before I start trying to figure out where to buy a copy of Office 2003 here!
Thanks for any thoughts.
