we are using call pilot desktop messaging 2.01 so that employees can get their voicemails via outlook 2003.
and we would also like to keep a copy of every single voicemail that comes in and put it in a seperate folder so that management can go back and refer to messages.
we have tried writing rules in outlook to accomplish this however the rules will not work. it seems that the call pilot software converts the message to soemthing other than an email. the messages have no headers or anything.
anyone have any clues?
