Hi all,

Our office just recently added Outlook 2003 and I'm afraid none of us are quite used to it yet having used Outlook Express for years.

For the most part we are okay with the conversion but I have noticed one little thing that is curious to me.

When I enter an address in a new message - then I'm prompted with a tool tip with an address suggestion (auto-complete?) - if I choose that address it adds it with a semi-colon at the end of the address... like you might see in the CC field. Is this normal? If not - how do I correct that?

I looked in my contacts and the semi-colon is not present in the address there.

Thanks

BITDAF,
Yes, that is normal. Outlook thinks you may be adding additional addresses so it automatically puts in the semi-colon for you. If you manually type in the address you willl not get this. It is just for convenience.
