The users explains the the problem as follows...

"Every action in Outlook results in an error message: "there is no disck in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive D:....cancel, try again, continue"

Help us please!!!

What do you mean by every action? Is this Outlook 2003 and XP? you need to provide this kind of info.

One or multiple users?

What happens when you open up word?

Have you tried repairing Office suite?

no its just one of the personal folders within outlook that genereates the error when it is opened. The user can access the file fine after canceling the error but it is still rather annoying. I tried running that pstscan utility on the file and it actually fixed some errors....but when I imported the pst back to the inbox I still go the same error!
