I just imported a PST file into my outlook and subsequently deleted the file from my desktop. Now, whenever I open Outlook it reads the following message "The File newsletters.pst could not be found." I have tried closing and reopening my outlook several times but the same message keeps popping up. The message went away after I dragged the pst file out of my recycle bin back onto my desktop, but I would prefer not to have this file just sitting on my desktop. Am I stuck with this file on my desktop or is there a way I can delete this file without having to deal with that pop up message everytime I open Outlook?

Thanks!

You have to remove the PST from your personal profile. You can do this by going to File Menu / Data File Management (or something like that, I'm looking at 2007, but it is similar from what I recall).
